I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel, nor was I satisfied with its location; the overall experience fell short of my expectations and I couldn't find anything I truly liked about the property. I was disappointed with the television service, as there were no cable channels and only one local channel via a very basic antenna, which was far below what I expected for a hotel stay. The breakfast was another major let‑down: the à la carte system was extremely slow, and the male server took a long time to bring the menu, take my order, and serve breakfast, making the whole process unnecessarily time‑consuming and frustrating. I think the hotel should switch to a buffet‑style breakfast to give guests a faster, more convenient, and efficient dining experience, especially during busy mornings.

The shower was good, but the noise at night was unbearable—cars and trucks always passed by, and even the hotel’s own vehicles had no priority over the restaurant reservation upstairs.

La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda, transmitía calma para descansar. El personal de recepción era muy amable y me ayudó a encontrar lavandería en un día festivo. El desayuno estaba muy bueno y abundante. La ubicación estaba cerca de un centro comercial. Por poner una pega, el aire acondicionado era un poco ruidoso para dormir.
