The room itself was fine. At 18:00 there was no one at reception until 10:00 a.m. I arrived at 17:50 and wasn’t told anything, didn’t receive the information booklet, and wasn’t told about the snack, so I thought there was none. The beach club wasn’t working. The lake view started at the beach club’s container area. They don’t explain how or where to park.

Cleanliness and location are good. There’s no sound insulation, so you hear everything in the building.

The breakfast buffet was very varied. The rooms were new and modern. The hotel is right on Lake Constance, just a street and a train away. There is a tunnel that leads to the beach and the restaurants. The hotel has a nice beach bar on the shore, and additional dining and water‑sports options are available there. The rooms lacked a small fridge. It’s impossible to sleep with the windows open because the street and train noise is too loud, and the music from the beach bar echoes over. With the windows closed, you hear nothing.
