The staff were very friendly and helped us with our luggage right away. For a fee of €12 I could park our car in the garage. The air‑conditioning in our room didn’t work well; I had a hard time cooling the place and think some maintenance is needed.

The stay was very pleasant, the staff welcoming and professional, and the spa experience relaxing. The pool with a jacuzzi was very enjoyable. The family package offers two spacious linked rooms, highly recommended!

Pros: excellent hotel service, very engaged in all assistance; luggage brought in a trolley from the storage to the room; spacious rooms; a somewhat small pool that comfortably fits two swimmers or a few non‑swimmers; a small fridge in the room; air‑conditioning; large balcony; parking on the property next to a covered area; close to the beach; close to a small SPAR market and several restaurants.

The location relative to the beach and Gabicce Monte is very nice. The family running the hotel does it with care. The rooms are very clean and wonderfully cool with an air‑conditioner. The family room also had a lovely rooftop terrace! It was a good stay. To make it even better… it would be nice if the family room had a small kitchenette to make coffee or tea and a mini fridge for water and a bottle of wine. The breakfast could also be improved; the omelets were quite good.
