The location by Venice’s beach is strategic, quiet, and easy to reach; my stay went very well and the host was courteous and helpful, with simple key‑pickup and check‑in instructions. I would have liked an water dispenser, as you need to find an open spot at night and everything shuts down after a certain hour.

It’s a wonderful place! The room is large and spacious, the shower is clean and convenient, and you can use the kitchen in the mornings—it has everything you need. The host is very friendly and helped with everything. A canal runs next to the house, offering a lovely view from the windows. I recommend this spot.

The property is very nice, with a comfortable, large suite, an amazing patio and garden, and a great location—everything is within walking distance, including the port and the beach. The shower feels old‑fashioned, some glasses and water were missing, and a coffee machine would have added extra pleasure.
