The location is good and the staff, especially the reception girls, are wonderful. The price feels a bit high for a hotel of this level, but the location may justify it.

“Great location and friendly staff, would be happy to stay again!”

The location is excellent and the staff are friendly. The room was a good size and comfortable. It was nice to open the patio windows and watch people. I would gladly return. The shared areas could use an upgrade, such as new carpets, and rooms can be a little noisy with other guests, though there is surprisingly no street noise.

“Très bien on y retourne”

We had a very good stay at this hotel, which is well situated. Sleep was good despite the traffic intersection (once the window was closed) – nothing else to complain about. The reception staff were genuinely helpful and friendly.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. Breakfast was okay. The room space and shower were lacking.

Great location, 16th is mostly residential but near enough to get train etc we mostly walked though. Staff were lovely & bed extremely comfortable. Very noisy road below and so was air con. We prefer fresh air but traffic was so loud and in a heatwave so it went on . You are in a city and we are country bumpkins so not used to such loud motorbikes etc
