“Exquisitely beautiful retreat”

We stayed here for five nights with our family and it is an absolute hidden gem. The setting is exquisite, the gardens are incredibly beautiful, the accommodation is so well designed and very aesthetic with lots of little thoughtful details. The restaurant food was some of the best we've had in 3 months in Vietnam. The pool area was beautiful and family friendly. Perfect for a relaxing, nature-filled retreat. We can't rate the host more, she took care of us so well and we loved our stay!. Nothing

“Décevant”

The garden is stunning, but the hotel’s management is incomprehensible. There was no welcome desk; we had to press the non‑English speaking staff to explain how the place works, and then they vanished. The only way to communicate is via WhatsApp. Because the hotel is so remote, you’re forced to eat there. Prices feel a bit high for what you order through WhatsApp. They only serve soup and tea; no coffee, and you must ask if you want anything else. The photos are outdated since the bungalows are aging with rusty windows. When I finally insisted on checking out, I received an Excel file and had to pay the staff directly, with no thanks from the manager.

Breakfast is free with the booking, and the shrimp noodles with egg and sausage, plus the orange dessert at B2, which the owner says is grown on his hill, taste great. The kitchen isn’t very good; because of the holiday break, the food wasn’t varied, a few dishes ran out, the fried chicken was small, the boiled chicken was frozen and bland, the sautéed greens were salty, the frozen river fish was under‑cooked, and the meat was mushy.
