The country setting feels like a historic school turned charming cottage; the hostess is welcoming, the surroundings are peaceful with pastoral views, you get privacy, and there are two outdoor bathtubs with hot running water—dogs are also welcome. I only booked one night, so I wish it had mentioned the possibility of staying longer.

Being greeted by all the animals at different times was a highlight. We got the lamb meal-amazing. Relaxing in the bath and taking in the amazing views was the best. Had everything and more you could need. Nic went over and above for us! Can't wait to come back!!. I didn't stay long enough!

Beautifully appointed cottage with everything thought of. It was nice of Nic to pop over & introduce herself, and we loved the instant hot water sunken baths on the deck and the friendly animals. The Little Red Schoolhouse is absolutely faultless!
