I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend buying lounge entry; a young boy named Serv worked there and was highly rated, along with the girls; the metro was easily accessible. The bed was a bit hard and the pillows were uncomfortable.

The hotel was in a great spot for our needs and very comfortable. We enjoyed the international breakfast buffet, which let us sample a variety of cuisines for breakfast. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

The location is great, the room was clean and comfortable. Staying in a club room was definitely worth it: higher level, quiet rooms, and drinks and nibbles each evening in the lounge, although they never changed, which was a shame. Nothing else to mention.

The location was superb—just two steps to the Gindza, great shopping and tasty food, and the metro was a five‑minute walk away; we skipped breakfast because there were plenty of eateries nearby, which made it incredibly convenient, especially if you’re traveling around Japan by Shinkansen, since the station is close too. A 24‑hour Don Quijote was nearby, making it easy to pick up luggage.
