This hotel was a gem in a great location – just 10 minutes from Otop and 15 minutes from Marlin Plaza. The room and reception were sparkling clean, and the WiFi was strong. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to help. My only gripe was the mattress, which was a bit too firm for my liking, but I didn't report it until I checked out and the receptionist promised to look into it.

Great location, shame about the noise. The hotel is well-positioned, with plenty of local amenities within walking distance. The rooms were also spotlessly clean, which was a nice touch. Overall, it's a decent option if you don't mind a bit of background noise.

We had a generally good experience at this hotel, with the location, room, and air conditioning all being highlights. The staff were also super friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. However, there were a few issues with the bathroom, including some ants and a shower that was in need of renovation. The water temperature was also a bit hit-or-miss.

The staff here were absolutely lovely, always leaving us water and toiletries in the room. The hotel itself was also spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with a great air conditioning system. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay and I'd definitely recommend it.

The staff were super friendly, which made up for the noise from the street, which is always buzzing day and night. The location is perfect, with everything just a stone's throw away. The cleanliness was spotless, and it was really good value for the price. The only downside was the bed, which was honestly the only thing that let us down - it was just not comfortable at all, so we ended up checking out early.
