I was extremely satisfied with my stay; the staff were very friendly and eager to help, offered laundry service, and the public areas were set up warmly and comfortably—next time I go to Kota Kinabalu, Farlo will still be my only choice!

I really enjoyed my stay here 😊 The hostel was clean, comfortable, the breakfast was well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful; everything was great overall, and I would definitely consider staying here again. However, traffic noise from outside could be heard quite clearly inside the room, especially at night, so the room could use better soundproofing.

Everything! This place is amazing. I traveled with my friend and we always felt so comfortable. It’s literally perfect. And the staff is so nice! It’s also perfectly clean!
