Most things were fine, the staff at the restaurant and bar were neutral. At the bar, the staff had to keep their attention on many things at once, which isn’t easy for them. In the restaurant, there was a lot of mushy vegetable at one section and the pancakes/fruit section had a lot of mush. The pastries were clearly and noticeably not fresh. The selection changed every two days. The kiddie pool could have been cleaner. In the room, the bed was uncomfortable; a 120‑kilogram person would not have enough firmness to avoid waking up in the morning.

A környék csodás, a szállás kényelmes, tiszta, szép, kifogástalan az étkezés a felszolgálás. Mindenki kedves volt mindenkivel. Amit kértünk a Hoteltől teljesítették. ( lift közeli szoba) Az ételek finomak, választékosak és elegendőek voltak. Mi, 70 év felettiek vagyunk, nagyon nehéz leülni, felállni az alacsony napozó ágyra. Lehetne 1-2 magasabb nyugágy is

The area is very beautiful with many sights in one place. The accommodation was good, with a generous breakfast and dinner. The Renaissance restaurant dinner was a great program. The lift was quite slow, and we often wondered if it was working. Also, most hotels only replace towels when they’re thrown on the floor for environmental reasons; ours was not thrown, yet it was replaced. I’ve experienced this elsewhere too and never understood why they write it if they don’t follow it.
