Breakfast is okay. The bathroom, and overall the area, was not worth the money.

“Great location but overpriced”

The location is excellent, very close to the beach and bars, basically just a few steps outside the gate. The bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was served at a nearby place called Mucrum, and the staff there were very friendly, the food was delicious. We did not find the apartment small at all, there was plenty of space for us, and the bathroom was actually quite spacious. The apartment felt overpriced for what it offers. We were unable to pay and had to pay either in cash or via bank transfer. Revolut transfer was not available either. One of the main reasons I book is to avoid handling payments directly and to benefit from the additional security that Booking provides. This is not a major issue, and we managed to sort it out, but it would have been helpful to know this before making the reservation. The cleanliness was questionable and there was no soap provided. The bedding did not have a proper duvet cover. The kitchen is separate from the apartment and extremely small, barely enough space for one person to stand inside. The wifi connection was weak. The neighboring apartments were noisy at night and during weekends the music from nearby venues can be heard quite clearly inside the apartment.

The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean with tasteful décor and cool decorations. The kitchen area turned out to be a shared kitchen, not a private one as advertised online. The bedroom could only be reached via very narrow and steep stairs, and the apartment itself was tiny with only a very narrow, small cupboard available.

They welcomed me with kindness and openness, and the breakfast at the restaurant near the water was lovely.
