The hotel sits right in the old town, in a renovated historic building that feels very atmospheric. The balcony that was booked was missing, though.
The owner is very kind and helpful, the historic building is just outside the city center, the location is great, and the view of the surrounding valleys is enchanting. Breakfast is excellent and complete. Unfortunately, as explained, due to technical constraints (protected building) it seems impossible to install air‑conditioning; I stayed during an extreme heatwave, so the fan alone didn’t provide a truly restful night.
