The room is spacious and well suited for a family of two adults and two children, with a bunk bed. The hotel is quiet, though you can hear the city’s activity, which is normal in the Hanoi centre. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The ground‑floor café is very pleasant and convivial. The value for money is good. We had a good stay, though the cleaning could be a bit more meticulous.

Everything was liked. The room is large with comfortable mattresses. The location is convenient, everything needed and interesting is within walking distance. The hosts are friendly and hospitable. I would stay here again.

The staff were friendly and the spot was great. The place was very dirty, especially the bathroom which needed a serious clean.

The staff were accommodating and very friendly. I love how roomy the apartment is and how the view gives a calming vibe. I’d definitely recommend this for large groups. Getting to the hotel was easy since it’s downhill, and I’d suggest grabbing a ride to Sapa Central. The only issue was the many spiders around the area.

The location was good, the room was clean, spacious and had natural light. The shower had hot water and enough pressure. The only downside was that the second floor had no elevator.
