It was a great spot for my work; I could walk to the office, and the bus connections were good. The WhatsApp communication was friendly and helpful, the room was well furnished, and the bed was comfortable.

The room was clean and simple, with everything you need, but the hot water in the shower was unreliable—sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t, and the pressure would drop.

The bed and pillows were excellent—after a long walk I just wanted to collapse into that bed after a nice shower. The room was well-ventilated with air conditioning, which was a relief during 35‑degree days. The owner was very helpful and kind, even if only via message, which is fine nowadays. The downside is that public transport to the city centre takes about 25‑30 minutes by bus, and the nearest metro station is a 15‑minute walk, after which you still have to travel two stops to places like the Coliseum. The room is in a quiet neighbourhood, but it was Ferragosto holiday and most places were closed, so that was a bit unlucky. It’s not a major flaw, just something to keep in mind.

Highly recommended! Everything was perfect.

The location might be okay, but the lack of timely attention was a problem.
