The location, the price, and the size of the room were all great, but the bathrooms weren’t very clean, a group of loud drunk people once threw a party in the common area, and the kettle was broken.
The room had a bad smell.
The location was wonderful.
The place had a very good location, only 3‑4 minutes on foot from the nearest stop, and the surrounding businesses were very pleasant; overall we were satisfied. However, either water leaked from the bathtub or people simply didn’t know how to shower, so every day the bathroom flooded with a lot of water; the kitchen and bathroom shared one window, meaning someone in the kitchen could see you while showering, and the kitchen was missing a kettle.
The location was great and the place was very clean, but the bed in Room 1 was broken; luckily I was alone, so I slept on the intact side, but it would have been a major issue for two people. There was no hand soap in the toilet, the bathroom floor stayed wet, and no shower gel was provided, so you have to bring your own. The bedroom also lacked a mirror, and the soundproofing was poor—anyone talking in the living room or adjacent room could be heard.
