The location, warm water, heater, parking spot, and essential gear were all there, plus chairs and a table outside the cabin. However, the Finnish cabin itself was very neglected, the interior left a bad impression, the furnishings were heavily worn and needed repairs, there was no air‑conditioning so it was either very hot or very cold, the TV didn't pick up any channel properly, and there was no Wi‑Fi.

The garden had plenty of space for a grill, and the owners offered bicycles, which was a big plus. The hosts were friendly. But the room was very small, we arrived during an extremely hot day, the bathroom door slammed onto the bed, there was no table in the room, the kitchenette was unusable because there was no counter space, and the kitchenette also lacked a table. The place wasn’t very clean; corners were full of cobwebs and dust.

The place is pet‑friendly and you can arrive at any time; the bedding was clean. Yet the floor was dirty, the bathroom (toilet, shower, sink, floor) was unclean and we had to clean it ourselves. The windowsills, doors, and trash can lids were dirty. The shared kitchenette was dirty, the fridge was dirty, the floor was dirty. The bathroom lacked even one towel rack, so we had to hang towels on the heater or put them on the sink. The lawns were uncut and full of dog poop that wasn’t cleaned up. The owners have two dogs and a cat; they’re very friendly but kept begging for food. It was hard to eat outside because the cat jumped on the table. I love animals – I have a dog and two cats – but they don’t bother me when I’m eating. The outdoor table was dirty, almost black, and the chairs were the same; we had to wash them before use. The room was supposed to have a double bed plus two sofas, but we got a room with two sofas and a single bed. For the price of 250 zl per night I expected more, especially in terms of cleanliness.
