The atmosphere was pleasant, but it was far from tourist areas and some nomads arrived late and didn’t respect other guests.
The reception was excellent and fast!
Le petit déjeuner était correct. Le personnel sympa. Les douches et la salle de bain étaient correctes avec du savon parfumé fourni. J'ai bien été logée dans un dortoir pour femmes comme demandé. Il faisait chaud dans le lit. Il n'y avait pas de drap léger pour se couvrir lorsqu'il fait chaud. Les toilettes étaient éloignées du dortoir. J'ai mal dormi. Il était difficile de descendre du lit superposé. Les tables de petit déjeuner près du canal étaient trop basses. Je devais me baisser pour manger. Il n'y avait pas de toilettes près de la salle de petit déjeuner

Very convenient between Crimee and La Vallette, but most staff were polite except for Alexia, the bar manager on the night of 24 September, who was extremely rude and aggressive, ordering me out of my seat in the darts area. I don’t think it’s professional to let staff drink while on duty, which was clear.
