Overall, the staff are very polite and courteous. The room service is missing.

The location is good, the hotel is nice, quiet, and clean. The bathtub is so high that it made it difficult to use; a shower cabin would be better.

The hotel is always excellent and its location is superb, but no one helped me with my luggage.
