“A beautiful and peaceful hotel with incredible nature and views, but the guest experience would be m”
The hotel looks stunning, fresh and newly designed, with amazing views, beautiful nature and a lovely beach. The location is perfect for privacy and relaxation, and the chefs and housekeeping team were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the young woman from reception and the bartender in glasses were disappointing: communication was rude and condescending, and several basic issues were handled by shifting responsibility onto the guests rather than solving them. There were also some operational details that need improvement.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The staff were exceptional – warm, kind, smiling, accommodating. The breakfast was excellent; I particularly liked the yogurt with everything and it was very nice that you could eat it outside. And of course the views and the pool and the garden – very beautiful. The bathroom could use some deep cleaning touch.

Die Lage direkt am Meer war super schön und die Aussicht ist sensationell. Das Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren leider eine große Enttäuschung und sind leider ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen mit einigen Gebrauchsspuren. Leider war das Zimmer auch nicht 100%ig sauber. Das Bad war besonders in die Jahre bekommen, auch mit Schimmel in der Dusche

The location is ideally situated. The pool is modern, cozy, with a sea view. The room is very spacious and equipped with two terraces: one with a sea view and sunrise, the other with a partial sea view, island view and sunset. The staff: receptionist Lydia is very friendly, attentive to our expectations, professional, willing and present to make the stay easier. Barman Lazaros has exceptional education and professionalism, very helpful, answers needs, questions and expectations, and in addition to his role as bartender with tasty cocktails, he helps the pool run by bringing towels… The hotel is on the water, the beach is accessible with a few steps, lounge chairs and umbrellas are available on the beach and the sand is cleaned at the end of the day by Mr Lazaros. And a big thank you to the housekeeping staff for the daily cleaning.

We had a super stay at Colombo’s Beachfront and can absolutely recommend the hotel! The location is perfect – right on the beach. The beach section there is a bit busier, but with a car you’re immediately at many other beautiful beaches. Also the hotel is very close to Oia and Fira. The premises are as beautiful as in the photos. Our room was large, clean and very cozy. The beds were super comfortable and with the small kitchenette we could even cook ourselves in the evenings without problems. Breakfast and lunch were very tasty and the staff at Colombo’s were incredibly friendly. We also especially liked the pool area. You can relax there wonderfully.
