Great place, warm welcome, excellent service. Occasionally a bit noisy when people are above.

It was quiet, which was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. No particular issues.

Breakfast choices were sufficient. The pools were clean. The room was spacious. The rooms were very drafty and the shower wall in the bathroom was too short, so all the water ran through the whole bathroom (there’s only a drain hole under the sink cabinet). Pancakes at breakfast were dried out and cold.

I arrived late in the afternoon and only stayed one night, so I couldn’t give a detailed review, but the staff were friendly and helpful, and the buffet aimed at guests from Cambodia/Asia, Japan, and Europe/USA was nice. The only downside was the somewhat remote location.
