“First couple times we've stayed at a Hampton have been super, this stayed was very disappointing.”

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of hot options. The room could have been cleaner – beads on the floor, fuzz on the bathroom vanity and inside the cubbies, and the shower gel was empty. I got stuck in the bathroom for 15–20 minutes because the door was jammed; after calling the front desk, Hunter tried but couldn't open it, so he called maintenance and both of them had to pry the sliding door open. I asked Hunter to let my family know I was delayed while they waited for me at the pool, but he didn't.

“Will definitely return to this property! Great value!!”

Rooms were exceptional in every way and the staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Breakfast was good but not great – I didn't like the cheese omelets at all. I was surprised to see a $50 room charge that was higher than expected; the front desk explained it was an "incidental" charge, like a deposit, and would not actually be charged if the room was left in good condition. It would be good to explain that in advance!

“Comfortable, clean.”

Breakfast was good and the dining area was pleasant and inviting. The room was clean and comfortable. There is an elevator and an ice machine on our floor. The pool closed at 7 pm and the bathroom door handle fell off.

“wonderful property and easy access.”

Great facility and very clean, attached to an indoor water park. Nothing negative.

Close to the ballpark and the beds were very comfortable. The guests on the floor above me were very noisy, staying well past 10 pm and then again before 7 am.
