The food was one of the best we had on this vacation; the kitchen is highly recommended, and the staff were always super friendly. The room was very unhappy – there was a glass over the door, so the whole night it was lit. The toilets were unfortunately regularly clogged.

The staff were friendly and the food was great. The restaurant, bar, and cabins were nicely clean. The pool was good and quite large. The view and sunset were beautiful. The resort has its own organic vegetable garden. Our dog was welcome, but when you indicate pets in the app, this hotel does not appear in search results – please adjust that for this resort. The rooms look like they haven’t been maintained for years. The AC worked but was noisy. The bathrooms were not very clean and had mold on the walls and floor edges.

The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable – not overly modern but very relaxing. There were plenty of loungers around the pool and the service was wonderful.

The spot is superb and the front desk staff, especially Ms. Anna, are great, but the rooms feel dated and the whole place looks like it hasn't been updated since 1975.

The location is amazing, the pool is fantastic, and the restaurant serves great food, yet the Wi‑Fi only works in the common area, the TV in the room is broken, and the safe is also non‑functional—both should probably be removed from the room.
