It was very relaxing and the staff were really friendly, yet the breakfast stayed the same every day—same bread from the day before and not much variety. In my opinion it’s a higher‑priced hotel, but you don’t get the “higher price service” unfortunately.

A very beautiful hidden gem near Florence. We liked the comfortable bed, the quiet atmosphere, the fantastic view, and the great dinner food. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They also provide a small gym, a sauna, a jacuzzi, and a lovely pool. Honestly, it’s a charming spot, especially if you want to escape the busy city life.

Such a nice, small, cozy hotel; the location is perfect and the view is beautiful. The staff were always super friendly, and the food was very tasty.

The place is gorgeous, truly a fairy tale. The pool is delightful and the restaurant is excellent. The staff are all very friendly. There's a nice tennis court you can use for free. The rooms are pleasant and have air conditioning. The only downside is that you have to pay extra for things like clean towels, a cleaning service, and for fresh juice and eggs at breakfast.
