“Great location but dreadful amenities”
The fan and TV didn’t work. The first shift attendant didn’t lift a finger to help us, but the second shift manager was responsive and fixed the issue. This is really a one‑star property! The location is great but it’s one of the worst places we’ve stayed.

I stayed at a nice hotel with a park view and close to the city centre, the room was large with a spacious bathroom, the bedding was good and there was a nice wardrobe, the reception staff were friendly, but the fan was loud and there was no cup for rinsing your mouth and teeth (I had to ask for one at reception).

Nothing good. The place was totally unsanitary, I don’t understand how it can still be called a hotel. The facilities were old and poorly maintained, there was no cleaning, mold on the bathroom curtain and on the windows, there were visible urine stains outside the toilet, at least the sheets were clean, although they had hair from not being shaken out.
