Excellent traditional Scottish. High quality for a buffet. Room was a bit small but we stayed only 1 night so it was okay

We had a very good stay at the hotel, the staff were excellent and made us feel well looked after, and the location was fantastic for walking, yet the twin room felt quite tight for the price.

The rooms, the facilities and the location and was pet friendly and was dark and cool in the hot weather. The first evening of our mid week stay was ok but there was a lot of shouting between staff members which gave a bad image of the professional image of them. The food on the first of our 2 night stay was poor
