Charli Hotel Jeddah

The hotel is quiet, but it is worn out and old, the toilet had a broken faucet that suddenly broke and flooded the room, forcing us to change rooms.

I liked how close the hotel was to all the services, but the staff were not professional when I asked for a room away from the elevators; the manager eventually put me next to the elevator instead. It felt like either stubbornness or a trick to get me to come back and change rooms. Also, the service rooms are beside the elevators and are very noisy early in the morning when the cleaning crew uses them, which made the experience unpleasant and I won’t return.

Everyone at the reception and the facilities staff were extremely respectful and courteous, especially Shukri and the female receptionist. No complaints.

The hotel is perfect in every way, God bless them. I thank the brothers at reception, especially the Egyptian staff member Shukri, who was very helpful and outstanding. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast: there was no delivery service to the room, so I had to leave the room to eat and then come back. Everything else was wonderful.
