A quiet, modern, well‑presented room at the back of the property with a car park right at the door. The hot water takes 5 minutes to heat for a shower, and the room feels cold in bad weather—probably not enough insulation.

The place is the best accommodation in town—clean, central, and well priced, though highway truck and garbage collection noise kept me awake as a light sleeper.
