Everything looks beautiful, well cared for and clean. No TV.

Comfort, security, friendliness from the entire team, especially Mr. Franklin. Coffee and water were served all the time. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety, even for those with lactose intolerance and vegans. A little noise from other rooms in the sector we stayed in, just a bit.

I really liked the stay; we had a problem with our room and were promptly moved to another one. The staff are very attentive, you can walk to Caracoles easily, we had laundry available every day, coffee, teas, water available 24 hours, accommodation with a large comfortable bed. The only not so positive point is that the bathroom is small; the shower area feels small compared to the whole accommodation, but overall I would definitely return. I found the bathroom small, no shower box and it drips onto the rest of the bathroom.
