“Best hotel in Cilegon”
The hotel staff were friendly, the service excellent, and the location great. No complaints.
The breakfast spread was outstanding; nothing to add.
“A neutral stay with no major complaints”
Unfortunately, I don't have much to say about this hotel as my stay was quite uneventful. I didn't experience any major issues, but I also didn't have any particularly positive experiences.
“Great value for price”
The room was perfect, featuring a fridge and a great shower, and breakfast offered a wide range of high‑quality options.
“Friendly staff, but a few minor issues”
The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and well-maintained. However, I was disappointed to find that bottled water was charged extra, which I thought should have been included in the room rate.
