Betty and Juanita’s service was spectacular, the spot itself was lovely and central, and I loved how flexible they were with check‑in and check‑out.

The spot is spot‑on – right where you want to be. The only snag was at checkout when they tried to charge me double the rate I’d seen online. That was a frustrating surprise.

The blankets were covered in clumps of cat hair and reeked of the animal, which made the bed feel pretty gross. Cleanliness needs a serious upgrade here.
