Casa Esposito

I liked the breakfast, the cleanliness was top, the staff were very polite and courteous, I would return, I rate it 10; a magnificent spot in the center of Naples, well connected to all tourist sites; compliments again to Casa Esposito, I recommend it 💯.

Late check‑in was fine, but the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, the shower only had cold water, there were insects on the bed, and it was hard to locate the place.

The place was dishonest.

“Experiencia muy decepcionante: servicios anunciados que no estaban disponibles”

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The listing promised wifi, breakfast included and linens, yet none of those were delivered: no wifi, the promised breakfast never arrived, and there were no sheets on the beds. Hot water also didn’t work, making the stay especially uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the lack of help and solutions. We reached out to both the booking platform and the owner, but got no effective resolution. The owner barely responded to our messages, and when he did, he only insisted we pay €22 in tourist fees. He said he would fix everything the next day, but never returned or fixed anything. The reality of the accommodation didn’t match what was advertised, and with all these problems we received no care or solutions. We do not recommend this place and believe the value for money is unacceptable.

Carina liked the idea of breakfast outside the door. The room was small, with a bed that barely stayed upright and bent under the weight of two people. Wifi didn’t work, and there was no phone connection for data or calls. In the bathroom there was only half a roll of toilet paper and no hand soap.
