The room was really comfortable, the house was beautiful, and the location was very convenient. Host V was very nice and enthusiastic, sharing many stories that helped us learn more about San Francisco, which was a valuable experience. Everything was great, except the top‑floor bathroom was quite small.

I stayed at North Hill Charm for almost 15 days and it was a truly lovely experience. The room is beautiful, comfortable, and full of charm, making it a wonderful place to stay in San Francisco. The location is excellent, close to California Street and within easy reach of the Fairmont Hotel, which is a fantastic spot for breakfast. Although the accommodation does not offer all the services of a traditional hotel, what makes it special is the owner, who is incredibly kind, welcoming, and charming. He is a wonderful conversationalist and makes you feel genuinely welcome. If you are looking for a place with character, a great location, and a personal touch, North Hill Charm is a lovely choice. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting San Francisco.

“Localização agradável.”

The location is great, in a super pleasant area. The host gave us great tips and was very friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfortable. The junior suite has a shared bathroom, and it’s very small. Because it faces the street and the building is old, acoustics are poor. In addition to hearing all the sounds from the room next door and the toilet, plus street noise (sirens, cable car, cars, horns), it becomes impossible to sleep well.

It was a beautiful home with lots of character in an amazing location. There was no soap in the room, no fan, the door didn’t lock from the outside, and there should have been a suitcase stand in a room that small.
