Toni was an exceptionally caring hostess; from our first message after booking everything was crystal clear, the breakfast matched our preferences, and she handled our surprise late arrival with grace and genuine concern, even checking that we got home safely. I can honestly say this is the best guesthouse in Graaf-Reinette. Her husband Rudi was also very friendly and shared a fantastic history of the town that no other guesthouse has ever offered. The cottage is very large, featuring a beautiful double‑spacious shower and bath that feels both romantic and private. Our furry companions were welcomed and truly enjoyed the private garden space. Finding this unique combination is rare in all our travels. Toni’s personality is among the kindest and most caring I’ve met. We will never stay at another guesthouse in Graaf-Reinette again except for their cottage; everything was perfect and clear. Thank you both again for an amazing stay. We loved everything.

“The Toni Experience”

When you associate your name with a service, you’re bound to it for life. Toni has embraced this fully. Toni’s Cottage isn’t just a room in a quaint town; you become part of the Toni experience. Our brief stay was quiet, clean, and that shower was amazing. The next day Toni even checked that we arrived safely at our final destination and sent us pins for the best coffee and pastries in town! She truly loves what she does. If one were staying longer, a comfy reading couch would be nice.

Everything was great: a large room, a big comfortable bed, a huge bathroom with a massive shower and bath, plenty of coffee, tea, sugar, and fresh milk, a delicious breakfast, and a nice enclosed yard for our puppies to roam and play. We were treated like royalty. Toni is the best hostess.
