Wyndham Garden San Antonio Airport

Nothing positive. The air conditioning didn’t work. There was no hand soap. Breakfast wasn’t served.

“Muy mala experiencia”

The location is good. They didn’t serve breakfast and never cleaned the room.

“Disappointing experience due to unacceptable room conditions, poor customer service, and a lack of follow-up, forcing us”

We couldn’t enjoy our stay because the room was in unacceptable condition; we found a cockroach, raising serious cleanliness and hygiene concerns. When we reported the issue to the front desk the next morning, the staff was unhelpful and offered no satisfactory solution. We asked for corporate contact details but couldn’t get them. We had to leave and book another hotel at extra cost. I also reached out to the hotel the following day to speak with a manager, but three days later I was still waiting for a callback. The lack of cleanliness, customer service, and follow‑up was extremely disappointing.

“I was too exhausted from driving to complain. I was only in my room for 3 hours so I was able to get through it.”

The staff was really nice and helpful. The room wasn’t clean
