The hotel is very close to the city centre, just a five‑minute walk, making travel very convenient. The room is spacious, fully equipped, and offers great value. The host, Giorgi, is enthusiastic and polite, and he proactively helped with luggage. The room’s sound insulation is slightly lacking, as I could hear other guests talking at night.

The host’s friendliness was evident when he accompanied us to the bus station at check‑out and remained available throughout; the location and condition of the accommodation were excellent. No issues.
