Location, cleanliness of room, and breakfast were all excellent. Ear plugs in the room for the outside noise. Love the location , but the outside merriment can be a bit much at night

“La Ubicación excelente; el hotel bien”

I’m in Oaxaca and the spot is spot on for walking around the city—everything’s under 10‑15 minutes on foot, and Monte Alban is only about 25 minutes by shuttle. The hotel’s surrounded by all the essentials: restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, you name it. The staff were friendly, especially César at breakfast who always gave us a professional, pleasant, and personalized touch. Breakfast was tasty and filling, offering coffee/tea, fresh juice, a fruit plate, pastries, and a main dish chosen from around 15 options on the menu. The lobby where you enter and dine feels very welcoming. On the downside, our room was smaller than we expected; the queen bed was a bit tight for anyone over 1.90m tall. The shower pressure was pretty low, and so was the water from the bathroom cistern (plus you can’t flush toilet paper, you have to toss it in the bin next to the toilet). The room furniture looks a bit dated, but it didn’t bother us too much.

“Amazing location to stay when visiting Oaxaca.”

The location is amazing right in the heart of Oaxaca. The room was huge, super comfy, and the staff were very nice.
