The room itself was clean and adequate, but the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. He demanded payment offline and asked for extra money. In the morning he deliberately cut off the electricity for the whole room, which was very inconvenient. While the room was fine, the owner’s conduct made the stay unpleasant.

The stay was good, but the staff behaved badly and gave incorrect information to the owner. When we tried to rebook, the staff said they wouldn’t give us the villa, claiming we caused the problem, which was wrong. The staff are useless, don’t respect guests, and have no idea how to handle them. Please avoid this villa until the coordinator or owner changes. Take note.

It was okay for the price, but it’s far from everything. No rickshaw or cab is available to get there, and Bnaulim Beach is quite a distance away.

Nothing! The host was desperate for money, constantly reminding me to pay even after I’d already given an advance. He seems to have serious trust issues and cares only about the money, not customer service. Anyone reading this should take it seriously—don’t book this place. It’s pathetic!
