The staff here were super helpful, which made a big difference. The hotel's location is great, and the rooms are spotless. Just a minor quibble: the shower faucet handle was loose, but it still worked, so I didn't let it bother me.

The staff here really made my stay, they were super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself had some quirks, like the weird lighting and fan setup - I mean, who thought it was a good idea to have the fan on the same circuit as the lights? It was a bit of a pain to try and sleep with the fan blowing directly on me because I couldn't turn it on without the lights coming on too. Still, the staff made up for it, and I'd definitely come back for their service alone.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful, which made up for the small room. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, but unfortunately, the noise from the street outside was a real issue. I could hear everything going on outside, from the early morning traffic to the late-night revelers. Despite the noise, the friendly staff and clean room made for a decent stay.

The hotel's central location is a major draw, with Sukhna Lake just a short stroll away and the railway station a mere 5-minute walk. The rooms are spotless, which is a big plus for cleanliness enthusiasts. However, the hotel's newness shows in some areas - the decor and furniture could use a bit more character. Overall, it's a solid choice for tourists looking for a convenient base in the city.

I was really impressed with this hotel's location - it's literally a stone's throw from the railway station and Sukhna Lake is just a short walk away. The rooms themselves were spotless and had super comfy mattresses, which was a nice surprise. The openable windows were a great touch, letting in plenty of natural light and fresh air. The only thing that kept me from giving it a full 5 stars was the noise from the nearby streets, but it wasn't too bad and didn't really disrupt my stay.
