The team was very attentive, and the reception really works 24h. I did check‑in and check‑out in the middle of the night and it went smoothly, and I also returned late at night from an event and was able to enter calmly because there was staff on duty to authorize entry. The breakfast was well diversified, and you could order tapiocas and scrambled eggs made on the spot. Regarding the wifi, when I booked I saw several reviews here mentioning that the wifi signal was weak. Indeed, it doesn't work well in all corners of the room, which can be a bit annoying, especially for those who need to use a laptop. However, instead of using the laptop at the table, I brought it to the bed and it worked. It’s not the most comfortable spot, but it did pick up the internet signal.

The service was solid, the spot was great and the breakfast hit the spot, but the construction right outside the room window was a bit annoying.

The hotel sits in a convenient spot and offers covered parking; breakfast is fantastic, and the waitresses are very polite and attentive. The room is roomy, the bed comfy, and everything is clean and organized. The bathroom is a decent size and the shower is strong and large. However, the hotel is perched over a supermarket, and we initially couldn't locate the front desk because it's beside the supermarket with little signage. There's no elevator, only a platform for disabled guests that we were told we could use, but the main entrance requires a few flights of stairs. Breakfast starts at 7 am, but it could begin at 6 am or 6:30 am like the other hotels in João Pessoa.
