Breakfast was varied with quality options, the room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was spacious and comfortable, and the gym was well equipped. It’s close to good restaurants and shopping centres, near the metro, and in a safe neighbourhood. It’s a bit noisy; you can hear the hallways and rooms, and at 6 am you could hear room service calling a room.

We booked this place twice—once before heading to Atacama and again after returning, just before leaving Chile—and every time it was flawless. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Breakfast offered a wide selection and everything tasted great. The gym was decent, but the beds were truly exceptional—our sleep has never been so good. The hotel sits on a nice street near Costanera Center and bus stops, and the metro is within walking distance. We loved it all and would gladly stay again, especially for the warm cookie that always greets you with a tasty welcome. 😋
