The service was excellent, and the entire staff was very cooperative and respectful. It was a beautiful experience, thank you for the good treatment and care. The service was excellent, and the staff were cooperative and respectful. Unfortunately, the water kettle was dirty, and it contained water that seemed to have been there for a long time, to the point of a sticky layer inside. So I didn’t use it and returned it to its place. I hope more attention is given to cleaning all items and ensuring they are clean before guests arrive, because this gave me the impression that some things are not cleaned adequately.

“Perfect location”

I loved that as soon as my friend and I arrived, even though we had booked two separate rooms, they upgraded both of us to suites. The staff were amazing—so helpful, kind, and welcoming. I was a little firm with them at first because I was exhausted from traveling, but I really appreciated the way they treated us and welcomed us. At first, I didn’t like that there was no dedicated parking for hotel guests. I used to park on the side and leave the keys with the staff so they could move the car if needed, as I was told that spot was reserved for the manager. Overall, though, the friendly and helpful service definitely gets a 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 from me
