There was no hot water. We had to take our own taxi to the hotel. The owner was not present.

The facility is very well maintained, the small huts we stayed in are clean and fully equipped, the staff are very friendly, and as a vegetarian I was served a tasty fresh salad each morning; the transfer to the pier was also a big plus, and we had nothing we didn't like.

A small, friendly hotel in a good location, close to many restaurants, excellent value for money, centrally located; I always book again when I visit Koh Larn, and the accommodation is nice.
