The beautiful interior and general look of the complex are 10/10, personel that greets you and at reception is good. Personnel at the pool area are bad. So basically, it took ages for them to come up and bring water or cocktails. Also, the water was bad, so they do kinda filtered tap water, and water in bottles is paid for, even though it's all-inclusive and alcohol is free and this "water" tasted bad. Room cleanliness was also bad, so staff would leave on the stairs dirty glasses from rooms on the stairs and leave it there for hours
The resort is very stylish and beautiful. The only downside was that the pool water was too cold.
“Great one night stay”
The decor is beautiful. The buffet and drinks offer a great range, and we didn’t realize that cocktails and spirits were included in the all‑inclusive package. The bedding and seating are comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. The downside is that you can’t drive up to the reception, and the car park isn’t suitable for rolling luggage. We didn’t pay for a view, so ours faced the car park, which was fine for one night. The beach towels aren’t proper towels.

“The perfect vacation, we enjoyed alot!”
The resort is amazing, peaceful and relaxing, all brand new, and this is my second summer here. Everything is stylish, modern, impressive, and the beds, towels, pools, and beach are all outstanding. The team is lovely and super nice, everything was perfect! The only issue was that the food repeats itself and isn’t that tasty in my opinion.
