The bed was comfy and the AC kept the room nice and cool, but it was dirty when we arrived, only one towel was provided, no extra toilet paper, and some of the towels we received were already dirty – I expected a clean room.

They scammed me out of my $100 deposit and I still haven’t gotten it back.

The facility has yet to return my cancellation amount; I spoke to a lady who said she’d talk to her manager and return the money the next day, but when I went there she claimed the manager had just left, so I still need my money back.

Breakfast was good, but there were no washcloths, the toilet paper holder was broken, the sink handle fell off, we only received one washcloth, three towels, and one hand towel, and were told to wait until 10 am for more, so I had to go to Walmart and buy some.
