The only thing worth mentioning was the location. I had a very disappointing stay. My check‑in was scheduled for 2 PM, yet I wasn’t allowed into my room until 5 PM without any proper justification. After traveling all the way from India without rest, being made to wait for three hours was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. When I finally got the room, the comforter and pillows were clearly dirty and appeared to have been used by previous guests, reflecting very poor hygiene standards and a lack of basic service quality. Overall, this was a highly unpleasant experience with extremely poor service, and I would not recommend this property.

“without any hesitation to say it sucked!!”

I didn’t like anything about it. 1) It was located behind a cannabis marijuana shop that I had to walk through to climb the stairs to my room, hauling my heavy luggage, and the room was right above that so the smoke drifted up. 2) The room was very small and offered hardly any space for my luggage. 3) The internet was so weak that I couldn’t connect any of my devices. 4) The TV didn’t work. 5) On the third morning there was no water to flush the toilet. 6) I had a window, but it looked across a concrete block wall from 1.5 m away. 7) The pictures on the website were completely deceiving and did not represent the actual room. Because of all this I left after the third day even though I still had one more day on my reservation. To say I am unhappy is an understatement. I am requesting a full reimbursement for the money I spent on this stay. I also challenge you to print this review…oh, by the way, I used your service on several occasions during my recent travels, but if I don’t get some sort of reimbursement, I will never use your service again!

“Good”

Everything was great—very polite and kind staff, a good location, and normal price. This apartment is worth the price; all good.

The location is great, but there’s no breakfast. The view from the window faced a concrete wall.

“Ótimo custo benefício”

The place is in an excellent spot near bars and restaurants, and the staff service was fantastic. It delivers on what it promises. I recommend it, though the bed could be a bit more comfortable.
