The staff, especially Allfonz, were friendly; the food was good, and the rooms were very well presented and clean—big thanks to the cleaning team. On the downside, a few outside stains on the walls make the building look a bit run down.

The hotel staff were impeccable and very friendly, the rooms were always spotless, and the location was excellent. However, there were only five parking spaces, and some were taken by non‑guests, so we had to pay for parking nearby because the city was so busy.
