This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. The beds were super comfortable and clean, the location was great, and every staff member was exceptionally helpful. After I got scammed in the main part of the city, the team was reachable via WhatsApp and even late at night to help me file a police report; they called ahead for me. The staff were excellent. If I return to Istanbul, I’ll stay here again right away.

A breakfast that was truly tasty, with a wide variety of dishes, and the staff were friendly; the hotel is in a great spot, just a few minutes from Galata Tower and Istiklal.

The staff were very kind, the location was central and close to most sights, rooms were clean and daily housekeeping was done. It was my birthday, so the hotel surprised me with a small cake at breakfast – a lovely gesture! Breakfast offered a diverse range of options for everyone. However, it was quite noisy; the wooden windows didn't seal well, so in the evenings the street noise was loud. Even though the hotel sits on a one‑way street that isn't very busy, we woke up several times at night to car horns, the garbage truck, or noisy people passing by.

The staff were polite and attentive, the rooms were clean, and a generous breakfast made the days at Meroddi Galata Mansoin exceptional.

The location was good, and the hotel gave a small departure gift. If you need to leave early for a visit, excursion, or flight, breakfast doesn’t start until 8 am and that’s non‑negotiable, even though the listing says 7:30 am – a real disappointment.
