“Ich bin fassungslos”
The staff were friendly. The toilet wasn’t really clean, there was no sink on the toilet, and the sink was in the communal bathroom in the adjacent room. The light switch in the bathroom was outside, and there was no light switch in the windowless bathroom itself. The beds were extremely low and the mattress felt like a foam mat on a board. The door to the neighboring room didn’t close properly, so the light from the adjacent room illuminated the room to cover the door; there were four lockers placed on the door. The walls were extremely sound‑prone, and the value for money was catastrophic.
