“A Disappointing Stay with Unacceptable Room Conditions”
I recently spent a night at this hotel during a peak holiday period, and while I understand that prices tend to surge during such times, I found the room we were given to be utterly unacceptable. The family room we booked cost a whopping 680,000 rupiah, but it lacked a balcony and had windows that couldn't be opened, making it feel claustrophobic. To make matters worse, the bathroom was disgustingly dirty.
